Ocean Blue Inspired Look

I would like to share another bright makeup tutorial that I have created. It's not the typical everyday makeup look but it is still wearable. Just need to tone it down a little bit. Nothing is more beautiful and creative than mimicking the beautiful bright ocean blue. Enjoy :)
